Want to know how to get the most out of the event?
Make a Plan in Advance of Your Visit
Make use of this website and the updates we will send you by email once you have registered to attend. Work out how much time you think you will need to fit everything in, then double it – there really is so much to see and so many people to meet.
Plan What You Want from the Expo
What do you want to get from this Expo? What information or advice do you need? What suppliers do you want to meet? Which prospective clients do you want to introduce yourself to?
Check back on this website frequently to see who is exhibiting. If you can’t see their business listed, why not invite them to attend with you – after all it’s free to come along!
Be Prepared on the Day
Don’t forget to take a pen and notepad or your PDA so that you can make notes at the show. If you have a dictaphone, take that too, as you are sure to pick up some valuable advice.
Network
Take a pile of business cards and a briefcase or backpack as you’ll be surprised just how much information is available at the Expo. And the businesses you meet on the day could become your preferred suppliers, or your best customers.
Follow-up
After the show, don’t let your motivation go off the boil or your hot leads cool. Call the people who gave you their cards, keep those lunch dates, and put your networking contacts in your address book.
