Cancellation Terms
Full payment is required to secure your stand. 75% of full payment is due for any cancellations made between 1st April 2013 and 10th May 2013. 100% payment is due for cancellations made after 11th May 2013.

Who will be coming?

A highly active online, print and media campaign will attract 100’s of business owners from across the borough and South London. From web designers to tradesmen, solicitors to restaurants, health & fitness experts to marketers – there will be something for everyone.

This is a brilliant opportunity for you to be one of the 100 local businesses showcasing what you do. Last year the Bromley Expo attracted just under 750 visitors so can you afford to miss out?

Option 1 - Shell Scheme Stand

  • A professional 2.4(h)x 2m(w) x 1.5m(d) shell scheme, covered in light grey fabric with Velcro friendly display walls
  • Stands are located within the main conference buildings - The Coney Suite or The Hobbit Suite
  • A blue fascia with white panel name board and stand number.
  • 1 x table, 2 x chairs and a white table cloth per stand.
  • 50 word entry and a link to your own website on the Bromley Business Expo website and in the printed show guide.
  • A Ploughman's Lunch for 2 people per stand.
  • A free ‘How to Exhibit’ workshop prior to the event.
  • Power so that you can use your laptop and a display screen.
  • Wi-fi

Option 2 - Table Top Stand

  • Stands are located within the a marquee in the beautiful grounds
  • 1 x table, 2 x chairs and a white table cloth - please bring your promotional display.
  • 50 word entry and a link to your own website on the Bromley Business Expo website and in the printed show guide.
  • A Ploughman's Lunch for 1 person per stand.
  • A free ‘How to Exhibit’ workshop prior to the event.
  • Unfortunately power and Wi-fi are not available with the table top stand option
